Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Collabai ecosystem operated by Collabai, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. If acting for an organization, you represent authority to bind it.

You are responsible for credential confidentiality and account activity. Notify unauthorized use reasonably promptly.

You may use the Service for lawful evaluation, decision, recruiting, community, or other intended product uses, subject to these Terms and addenda.

• Violate laws, third-party rights, or these rules.
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with, or overload the Service.
• Upload malware, unlawful content, or unnecessary highly sensitive data.
• Use AI outputs as the sole basis for high-impact binding decisions without human review.
• Harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams, or impersonation (especially in Community).

Collabai and its licensors own the software, marks, UI, methodologies, and systems. You retain your content. A limited, non-exclusive, revocable license is granted to use the Service.

You warrant rights in content you post. You grant Collabai a license to host, display, and process that content to operate the Service. Community Guidelines and Moderation also apply.

We do not share your confidential business information with other users, except share links you enable, subprocessors, legal obligation, or consent.

If you create public or shared links, you control the scope. Recipients may access shared content. Use carefully.

Collabai provides decision-support systems, not autonomous decision authority. Outputs may err; do not guarantee outcomes; are not regulated professional advice; require human review for material decisions.

Current prices, packs, and credits are shown in-product. Payments are processed by third parties (e.g. Mercado Pago or Stripe). Platform credits are not cash, securities, or a loan unless a future program expressly states otherwise. See /legal/grants for credits/grants terms (includes roadmap).

Refunds: according to applicable consumer law and product/payment-provider policies. Digital withdrawal rights are honored where they apply.

The Service is provided as-available regarding continuous uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.

Integrations and subprocessors have their own terms. Collabai does not control linked third-party sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” / “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights.

To the extent permitted, Collabai is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or a nominal amount if unpaid), except willful misconduct or mandatory law. Consumer rights are not waived.

You will indemnify Collabai against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, security risk, or legal requirement. You may stop using the Service anytime. Surviving clauses will survive.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Consumers retain non-waivable forums and rights. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith.

We may update these Terms. The current version and date are published on the Legal Hub. Continued use after material changes may constitute acceptance where allowed; otherwise express acceptance will be requested.
