1. Governing principle

Collabai provides decision-support systems, not autonomous decision authority.

2. What Collabai may do

  • Analyze and summarize information.
  • Generate support scores and compare options.
  • Identify risks and evaluate evidence.
  • Generate recommendations and drafts.

3. Limits and risks

  • Outputs may contain errors or omissions.
  • They do not guarantee business, hiring, or investment outcomes.
  • They do not replace human professional judgment.
  • They are not legal, financial, or medical advice.
  • They are not, by themselves, binding decisions.

Human review is required for material decisions (e.g. hiring, material investment, candidate exclusion).

4. Hiring / Recruit

In Recruit, scores and reports support evaluation. Hiring or rejection must not be automated solely based on Collabai. See the Recruit addendum and Candidate AI Notice.

5. Sensitive data and protected attributes

Do not use Collabai to evaluate or discriminate based on race, ethnicity, religion, political opinion, union membership, sexual orientation, health/disability (except lawful accommodation), pregnancy, or other applicable protected classes.

6. Model training

Collabai does not assert Zero Data Retention or provider training opt-out without verified contractual/configuration evidence. See open compliance items and the subprocessors list.
