Grants & Credits Terms

Typed Validation / Evidence / Decision Grant terms are prepared for a future program. Today Collabai operates platform credits/packs in products such as Board and Work; those credits follow this general framework and in-product pricing.

• They are platform credits, not cash.
• They are not securities or an investment.
• They are not a loan or prize unless a program expressly states otherwise.
• Non-transferable, non-refundable for cash, and no cash-out, except mandatory law.

Collabai may define eligibility, expiration, tiers, usage limits, and fair use. It may award less than a stated maximum, revoke for fraud/abuse, and modify the program. Future grants are not guaranteed. Amounts are not hardcoded here: current product/config prevails.
