This document is a template ready for legal review. It is not a signed DPA and is not a binding agreement by publication alone.

• Roles: customer as controller; Collabai as processor when the contract so states.
• Documented customer instructions; confidentiality; reasonable security measures.
• Subprocessors: public list + notice of material changes under the DPA executed with the customer.
• International transfers with safeguards; deletion on termination; rights assistance; cooperation on incidents and reasonable audits.
