Argentina: Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and applicable AAIP rules. ARCO rights: we aim to respond within reasonable timeframes under applicable rules and request complexity.

Brazil: LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), where applicable. LGPD data subject rights, including review of automated decisions where applicable.

Mexico: Mexican federal framework for personal data held by private parties, as currently in force. ARCO rights under the current framework, via the privacy channel.

Colombia: Law 1581 of 2012 and complementary rules, where applicable. Access, update, rectification, and deletion via the privacy channel.

California (USA): CPRA/CCPA and related rules, where applicable under legal thresholds. Where applicable: access, correction, deletion, and opt-out of sale/sharing under legal definitions.

United States (general): Applicable state privacy and sectoral laws depending on context (incl. AI in hiring). Privacy channel; additional notices may apply per product (e.g. Recruit).

Timeframes are guidance and depend on complexity and applicable law. They are not contractual SLAs unless agreed in writing.
